Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital services only

ASFORNOW provides graphic designing services digitally. No physical goods are shipped and no customer visit to the registered address is required.

2. Delivery timing

The expected delivery date or timeframe is agreed in writing before order confirmation. It depends on complexity, availability, revisions and receipt of the necessary customer materials. No universal or instant delivery promise applies.

3. Files and delivery method

The file formats, dimensions, included source files (if any), usage rights and delivery method are specified in the agreed scope. Files are sent electronically using the agreed email or digital delivery method. Source files are not automatically included unless agreed.

4. Customer materials and revisions

Provide accurate text, dimensions and only assets you have permission to use. Delays in supplying materials, feedback or approvals may affect delivery. Revision allowance and out-of-scope charges are communicated before confirmation.

5. Delays or delivery issues

If a delivery arrangement changes, we will communicate the revised schedule. If you cannot access a delivered file or believe it does not match the agreed scope, contact support with the service details so we can assess a correction or appropriate resolution.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the status of the work. Contact support for questions before you confirm an order.
