1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or confirming a service order, you agree to these terms and the agreed order details. If you have questions, please ask before confirming. A parent or guardian should arrange paid services for a minor.

2. Service description

ASFORNOW provides graphic designing services digitally. Service availability and suitability will be confirmed for each request.

3. Pricing

Published prices apply to the described service scopes. The exact deliverables, revisions and delivery date are agreed before order acceptance. Any out-of-scope work, urgency charges or applicable taxes are disclosed before confirmation and require customer agreement.

4. Order confirmation

Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after the parties agree to the scope, price, payment arrangement, expected delivery timing and other relevant terms. Changes to scope require agreement on any revised price or timeline.

5. Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, a clear brief and necessary materials. Respond to reasonable clarification requests and review drafts within the agreed schedule. Delays in information or feedback may affect the delivery timeline.

6. Graphic design requirements

The brief should specify the required text, dimensions, style preferences and intended use. Final formats, editable/source files if included, and usage rights must be agreed before confirmation. Trademark registration or exclusive ownership of common design elements is not guaranteed.

7. Revision policy

The number and scope of included revisions will be agreed for the specific order. Requests beyond the agreed scope may require a new quote and delivery estimate. Errors or failures to meet the agreed brief can be raised as service issues; a revision limit does not remove applicable consumer remedies.

8. Digital delivery

Designs are delivered electronically using an agreed communication or delivery method. Expected delivery time is confirmed for the order and depends on the agreed scope and timely receipt of required information. No physical goods are shipped.

9. Payments

Pay only after receiving service details and applicable charges, using the method confirmed for your order. Supported methods may vary. Do not share UPI PINs, card PINs, CVV, banking passwords or OTPs with ASFORNOW. This site does not automatically charge visitors.

10. Cancellations

Requests should be made promptly through support. Eligibility depends on the stage of work and the agreed arrangements. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are assessed fairly based on service status, completed work and any genuine service issue. Duplicate or accidental payments should be reported. Approved refunds are processed through an appropriate method; bank or provider processing times may apply. See our full policy.

12. Intellectual property

Final usage rights for completed custom work may be provided according to the agreed order terms. Any limits, third-party asset licences and source-file arrangements should be agreed before confirmation. Third-party fonts, stock elements and other licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.

13. Customer-provided materials

Customers should only provide trademarks, logos, photos, text or other assets they own or have permission to use, and remain responsible for those permissions. ASFORNOW should not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization. We may decline work where the necessary rights are unclear.

14. Prohibited uses

Do not request unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, or impersonation. Do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website.

15. Service availability

Website access and service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside reasonable control. If ASFORNOW cannot fulfil a confirmed service, we will discuss an appropriate revised delivery date, refund or other fair resolution.

16. Limitation of liability

Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. ASFORNOW is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate customer instructions, unauthorised customer-provided materials or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes applicable consumer rights.

17. Changes to services

We may change available services and listed prices prospectively. Confirmed orders remain governed by their agreed terms unless both parties agree to a change.

18. Changes to terms

Updated terms and their effective date will be published on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter confirmed orders without agreement.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Customers retain access to the courts, consumer commissions and other remedies available under applicable law. Please contact us first where practical so that we can try to resolve a concern.
